Why are you so cheap ?
Because we have organised ourselves efficiently, through a combination of experience and using production line techniques, it is possible to produce basic websites very quickly. Once the basic layout and structure is in place, we can set about customising your website to suit your needs/style/tastes.
Just because it is low cost does not mean that it has to be sub-standard in quality. These websites are meant as an entry level introduction to the world of ecommerce or an online presence, and can be built upon at a later date if necessary. As a new business we are prepared to give incredible value for money in order to rapidly build a loyal client base.

What happens if technical problems occur ?
If a technical problem occurs, and it it due to an error in design/coding of your website, it will be fixed as soon as is feasibly possible, usually in a matter of hours once we receive notification of a fault. This obviously incurs no charge. Please remember that Supported Basic Packages have technical support for 1 year included in the price.
Sometimes it will be will a technical problem external to ourselves (e.g. a general Internet problem, or our Hosting Provider's server is down) and this may be beyond our control. These problems will be fixed by the third party concerned. However we will always endeavour to find a solution to ALL problems. If you opted for a Basic Package, technical problems/upgrades and content changes can be dealt with at a rate of 10.00 per hour.

How long will it take to build my website ?
Not long, is the short answer. It obviously depends on how large or complex your website is. A Basic Package website should be on the Internet within 10 working days. Anything more complicated than this and we will give you an honest appraisal of the length of time it will be, but be assured that the time scale will always be in weeks rather than months.

How do we pay you ?
We will accept postal orders, personal cheques, Paypal, and bank transfers at the moment. Please remember that NOTHING is payable until your website is up and running, and you are 100% happy with the finished result. If you decide that you are not happy with the website we produce you can either walk away without ANY obligation, or we can negotiate changes (free of charge) to get it to the standard that you are happy with.
We feel that any business relationship is ultimately based on trust, and we know that if we prove ourselves to be reliable and helpful, clients will come back time and time again. Because we love programming, and because we take pride in our work, you will often end up with a website that far exceeds the original specification, at no extra cost.

Can we organize all of this via the telephone/Email ?
This should not be a problem for 99% of websites. Once we have spoken over the phone to get details of your specification, most other contact will be via Email. You can Email us (in a crompressed folder e.g. Winzipped) all of your website content (see Information Page). We are based in Suffolk (see Contact Us Page), and so if you are near the region, and you wish to meet in person to discuss requirements, this can easily be arranged.
